We have pre-booked a number of rooms (at a special rate) at Nordic Light Hotel, a perfectly situated and truly unique design hotel in the heart of Stockholm. Everything is within close reach: the central station, waterfront strolling, the Old Town, shopping, museums and restaurants. The hotel rooms are modelled and styled to reflect the Nordic concept itself – tranquility, harmony and recovery in a warm and light environment using only materials of Nordic origin.

The conference will be held at the hotel.

Unbooked rooms will be let go for the public on the 23rd of May. Please make sure to book your room on time! A booked room may be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival with no cancellation charge.

Arlanda Express train – will take you from the airport (Arlanda) into central Stockholm in only 20 min and you will arrive within two minutes walking distance to the hotel. It costs 320 SEK (approximately 32 EUR) one-way. Follow the signs to ”Arlanda Express” when you arrive at the airport.

By taxi – A taxi from the airport to the hotel costs approximately 750 SEK (about 75 EUR), simply grab one outside the airport and give them the name and address of the hotel. We recommend using Taxi Stockholm.
